All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront — work begins only after this is paid and cleared. The remaining 50% is due when the site is complete and ready to launch. I invoice through Wave — clients can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you're not happy with the design direction before development starts, I'll revise until we're aligned. Your investment is always protected.

Yes — all monthly services (Care Plan, SEO, Growth Bundle) can be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts.

Yes — 100%. You own the domain, all the code, and every account. There's no ongoing fee to "keep your site alive." It's yours outright.

I revise until you're happy — that's my guarantee. If we can't come to an agreement before development begins, I'll refund your deposit.
